Her neck looks a little thin. Oh, and the female Wonderbolts have just a bolt of lightning on their suits, it's the males which have the winged bolts. (Example: img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20… )
Just thought I'd point out some things I noticed. It doesn't take away from the fact that this is a great picture, well done Rain! :)

The whole body from neck to rear legs is tear shapish overall which draws all that attention to the neck.
