Description
Another illustration for the upcoming RPG Destiny of Celtara. It completes the city panoramas of all the setting's realms. As for the previous panoramas, I made heavy use of Blender of the city base and added detail and texture with Photoshop. I love adding stars to skies when it's not full night yet, it looks so magical. Pelos apparently is a very, very orderly; it sounded a bit scary when the author described it to me.
