Hi, just stopping by to comment
The symmetry on the mask is amazing, and that's really hard to do by hand haha. The colours also go really well together, and create a nice feeling for the mask. It kind of reminds me of Alice in Wonderland. From the picture, I can tell it is either unedited or has very limited filters or photo editing on it. When you create a mask like this, you also need to edit the picture a bit to give the viewer the full, if not fuller, colour view and as much limited lighting as possible so they can see the entire piece. The glare by the eye makes it hard to distinguish the smaller markings and dots around the floral patterns. As for the swirl on the side, it feels a bit out of place since it has a darker outline and the rest of the mask has either no outline or very light pastel out-lines. It's hard to keep lines straight while painting, so you want to elude to the lines being as straight as possible. There are a few tricks to do this, and one of them is to outline markings and lines in a lighter colour so the outline doesn't bash with the marking. It pulls less attention to itself, and will help keep with the pastel theme.
Regardless the mask design is beautiful and the patterns are small and intricate. It really adds a lot to the mask and creates a character for it. The lines are also very neat and the over all piece looks stunning. I really like looking at it
Thanks for reading all this!!Β

I don't usually edit photographs, but rather unfinished drawings, but I understand this photo could use some color vibrancy and a fix of lighting. Thankyou for your comment Gnastly . And yes, this is an Alice in Wonderland -Cheshirecat piece. The swirl on the side was one of the first details added, so thanks for pointing that out! through re-painting and editing I didn't notice that flaw, thanks for bringing that to my attention!

I really like this mask! I'd wear it to a party or festival! I love its bright colors, it would make a person very distinguished in a crowd at an event like that. I'd work a little more on the lines of the teeth and the fur that is in the ears, but otherwise, it is super awesome!
