Each guest is met by our hostess, a silhouette of might, a specter of grace, whose power blights the brave and stays the base. With a gaze, she appraises, with a nod, she phrases; some get but a glance, others a dance of chance.
Up the steps, they're drawn to blue depths, a captive sea, where eyes meet and souls greet. "It's wonderful to see you, my dear," she intones, sweet and clear, a melody of welcome, soft as velvet, warm as the sun's helm.
In her gaze, you're lost and found, her presence a wraparound. With a step, she descends, her robe bends, in her eyes, a welcoming glow, making each hello a spell cast in the flow.
