I absolutely love this picture, it's so beautiful. I wish I could draw backgrounds like this, but I dare not to try, I'm always afraid it will get ugly and that the drawing will be ruined. That's why traditional art sucks!

Can I ask what brush you used for the rocks, the sky and the shading? I think it will be useful and I'm curious ^^,

In art you should not be afraid of failure. But embrace it like it is your friend. Just keep trying. Doing paintings digitally is the same as traditional. If you make a mistake then paint over it and try again
I used the opacity brush in photoshop. Its a standard brush.

May I please ask a few questions? c: Anyways, how long have you been doing this type of art? Especially the landscapes and everything. They're so pretty! I've always wanted to learn how to make landscapes and such like this but I can not find out how to go about

I have been doing landscapes for a few years but they were always....cartoony side. (you can see my old art here from around 2010 [link] ) But been doing serious landscape practice ever since this painting and still strive to get better at it .
