this has been sitting open and ready to go for the better part of a week now. I've just been fighting with the description on account of this not being what I had originally intended to draw. but an actual transformation scene actually seemed like a lot more fun to draw then just another pose.

and it was. it was just the coloring that killed me

-----+ it's really hard to write less than 15 lines when it comes to Sai-Zo +-----

Sai-Zo, known far and wide as the resident Ego Master, does her very best to disguise the actual transformation phrase due to SHEER EMBARRASSMENT. To begin the transformation, she raises her crystal (which is conveniently located on the back of a glove) to her forehead and shouts "TRANSFORM!", followed by whispering the actual phrase: "pretty ka crystal power make up"

Normally, she attempts to continue the phrase with "I'm going to kill you, Kou and/or Agatto" but by this point she's a naked glowing humanoid outline without a mouth, so the sentiment is conveyed solely through her eyes and her unwavering glare of DOOM.

The transformation crystal is left on her forehead as she drops her arms in an unintentionally graceful and ballet-ish movement that isn't really noticed as her tiara expands outwards from the crystal in a burst of violet & pink energy. The energy spirals down her body forming her choker, scarf & dress, the black ribbons that form the base of her back-bow, her stockings and finally her boots.

At this point, Sai-Zo/Ka has control over her arms again and is trying to tug her skirt down and/or make it longer. Meanwhile the energy spirals back up her body, forming her gloves, back bow, shoulder puffs and chest bow, and leeching the last of the violet energy out of the violet-pink spiral.

The remaining pink energy swirls around her for a moment before being "sucked up" by the tiara/transformation gem. Agatto and Kou both assume this is where her telekinetic powers come from, as Sai-Zo is most assuredly NOT telekinetic in her civilian state.

Her final pose is standing straight and tall while still trying to pull her skirt down.

Transformed, the power consists of being able to mentally control the flight of her sai once it leaves her hands, and low-powered (30-sec duration) immobilization spells. Everything is done through the magical words: "Saika Says: Stop/Go/Stab that guy in the jugular!"

Yeah, Sai-Zo isn't really impressed with it either.

I think the hardest part of that was to keep it to 15 sentences. My sense of humor demands 16! 16, I say!
