Thanks! The arm is made out of craft foam, silver vinyl, and card stock. I'm going to be remaking it though, because I'm not yet satisfied with how it looks.

Paperclay is actually really light. Unless you're making really large horns like Tavros's, paperclay should work really well. Plue it's a lot more easy to work with than model magic, which is what most people seem to use.
