That's in the Canton of Appenzell Innerrhoden. The towering mountain at the left is called "Hoher Kasten", which is in fact a funny name. In english it would be high dresser! It could be reached by signalised and secured hiking trails, or, if you want it on the easy way, by an aerial tram.
