Description
Tempestra is the main antagonist of the game "Tempestra's Revenge," a game that Leonardo had become obsessed with trying to beat, to the point that he had dreams of Tempestra taunting him. One day, when he tried to beat it, a freak lightning storm occurred and struck the game, bringing the sorceress to life! She proved to be just as much of a challenge in real life as she was in the game, especially with her weather-controlling powers. After flooding the sewers to prevent the other Turtles from coming to Leo's aid and causing an earthquake, she escapes to recharge at a nuclear power plant. Leonard and April follow her, and Leo starts taunting her about not being that powerful, causing her to drain her strength by creating monsters to attack the Turtle. Fortunately, the other Turtles arrived, having escaped the sewer and help Leo fight her. Just as she gets ready to blow up the nuclear plant, Leo manages to trap her on the arcade machine's circuit board. Despite this, she would eventually be freed by Shredder and continue her plans to destroy the Turtles.
