Description
Hat Trick is another of Wingnut and Screwloose's old foes who uses a mind controlling hat to cause crimes. All of his crimes involve hats, in fact, and he's obsessed with taking Wingnut's cowl for his collection. Of course, he has a genius intellect that allows him to create any number of gadgets to further his schemes. He's often known to drink carrot juice, especially when nervous or irritated... which considering his occupation, happens a lot. His rabbit physiology means he's rather fast and has decent strength, allowing him to hold his own in combat whenever he needs to. However, he typically lets his gadgets and brainwashed minions/victims do all the dirty work.

Based on the Mad Hatter from Batman, with his costume's colors swapped.
