Description
Many souls that were destroyed in Outworld's wars were taken and fused together, creating the being known as Ermac. He was controlled by Shao Kahn at first, but he was later freed due to Kenshi Takahashi in the original timeline and after Shao Kahn's death in the new timeline. In the original, he became a force for good in order to redeem himself, but in the new timeline, he was neutral, typically following the orders of those who aim to improve Outworld. For this reason, he chose Kotal Kahn to be the ruler of Outworld over Mileena, thus siding with the former. Ermac is capable of using telekinesis and manipulate soul energy, with the former allowing him to tear off Jax's arms. Being a collection of souls in one body, he is not one person, but many. As such, he refers to himself in the plural rather than the singular.
