Story:
All their years of work together had led to this, the most prestigious of equine events: The Olympics. Cat had dreamed of this since she was little, sitting on her father's lap and watching the horses compete on the television. Someday, that's going to be. That's what she had said. Then her life had been derailed- several times, actually- and she hadn't really thought she would ever make it. But now, here she was, riding her feisty little mare along the shores of Lake Balaton.

When she had buckled on her helmet that morning before setting off, it had finally hit her that she had made it. She had patted Caya's neck, who bobbed her head excitedly. Cat wasn't the only one who was ready to show that she belonged in the there. Though she could be the grumpiest of horses at times, when she felt good, Cayansa was spirited like none other. Throughout the day she had a pronounced bounce in her step, and when they went through a flat, clear area she would take off, occasionally kicking up her heels, and having a great time of it all.

Now that they were nearing the rest stop and day was drawing to a close and the world was painted in color, the sense of disbelief had settled back over Cat as Caya pranced through the grass. This was an experience she would never forget, and, win or lose, she was glad that she had had this opportunity.
