I think Moon Knight. The reason why is because he has Spider-Man, Wolverine and Captain America's minds in his. All three of them have several combat skills that can hold or even bet Batman. He also has the reasoning of all three of them. Strength and agility might be the same. Again this is just how I think it would go. I have my opinion and you have yours.
