Started this yesterday and worked all day and this morning, finally finishing it up while in my 3D modeling class. My primary goal was to fully implement 3D and 2D elements in a final image, thus, this was created.Oh and it was because I got a song prompt on tumblr for Lindsey Sterlings 'Shatter me' (featuring Lizzie Hale) and I felt the need to go all out for it.
I used a some textures from here on DA in the 3d models to save time, so I will link them all here:

First off, I would like to say how dramatic this setting is. You created the lighting, the mood and the tone perfectly to match the sadder, darker story behind the picture. The pose, the angle and the flow of the setting is incredible and i do have to say that this has taken your art to a whole new level.
As I have said before, you did a wonderful job with the shading on both the settings and the characters. I love how you used the blue to cool off and dampen the atmosphere to make the rain seem colder and more gloomy. There are a few parts that do look like they could have been a tint harsher on the shadows to create more of an intense contrast. [for example near the end of the chain and on the darker side of the pole or Chei's shadow]
While on the topic of the lighting, I would like to point out that perhaps a line-less approach may have worked better for this picture just to help create more of a mood. Some of the lines on Chei just seemed a bit out of place, like a few spots on her hair and the black lines on her tail. While I love the idea of 2D and 3D together, it may have worked slightly better to have made the lines less harsh.
I would also like to point out the main light source. While you did an amazing job on the lighting, it just feels like the light source was more of a 'floating orb' rather than something like a lamp or a light bulb. Perhaps you could have given it a bit more shape or given it a bit more life to make the picture seem a little more realism.
It also would have been nice to see the rain interacting with the setting a bit more. Droplets on the various items, rain bouncing off of the characters and even small puddles or darker patches on the dirt would do a world of help for getting the setting just right.
All and all it is an incredible and amazing picture that clearly had time and effort poured into it. There were a few minor things that could have been altered or added to make the picture more dramatic, but that was mostly nit picking. Amazing work Rym, Keep the art running~

The way you used those meshes worked out very well indeed, and The posing and facial expressions used on Emolga are flat out awesome.
Your originality is by far perfect- in other words I've never seen anything done the way this had been carried out.
Your technique seems nice, too. I mean, talking of the poke'mon and straying away from the meshes more less- though the way you added those in is amazing!
The impact is there. 5 stars.
I was listening to 'Nothing can hurt me' and fnaf song when I found this. It only doubled the feelz, which are already so strong.

Turned out fantastic! Small tip however, it would look really neat if you added the rain hitting off your characters and maybe add some droplets falling off from them to add that little extra detail and enhance their features.
