unbirthday present foror birthday present, however you'd like to think of it.
i just lumped random things together so i have no idea what exactly this is.....I CAN'T DRAW CLOUDS
oh and i realised that can still see the obvious brush strokes in the black bushes OOPS

Alright, here's what I'll give to this: I like the overall idea, the coloring, the proportions of your girl and the effects you've used. It really helps that you made a manual gradient of the sky on the back and of course I like what you did with the green and yellow clouds and of course the water!
Now, for the parts you need to fix: The first glaring problem here is the perspective on the buildings. Despite how nice to look at your piece is, the weird perspective on the building throws this off! I suggest you visit artists hospital here in D.A or look up perspective books.
