This nocturnal scene really attracts me and the nightblue floods of the sea below. Your dragon is a tough one, daring to cross all those waves

Your first, really? Wow. I've been trying (...sorta) to turn out some quality background digital art for a few years, and I can't figure out how to work with lighting that well. <83

I like the reflection of the moon on the water...you made a great job
I´m really bad with drawing backgrounds.
(That´s why you don´t see any in my pics)

But what exactly is the flying thing?

when i drew the dragon here it had been a while since i ever drew one, i used to be obsessed with drawing digimon/pokemon/fantasy etc so dragons were my thing until i started drawing anime...so my dragons are a little rusty XD

it´s nearly the same wioth me. I stopped drawing dragons too, after I´ve found anime and manga.
I was really passionated, because of a book i read...

I´ve read "Drachenreiter" (dragonrider???) and I´ve got another book especially about dragons...
with beautiful images. That´s why i decided to draw my own dragons.. but yeah i dropped that

never heard of dragonrider..

and it that beautiful book called Dragonology? With little notes and textures and stuff inside? Like it has 'dragondust' inside when rrly its just glitter XD
