my little zombie tribute
i've been very hooked on "The Walking Dead" mini series lately... last ep next week!!
any fans here?i've read a little of the comics as well, and this is one of the rare cases where the show is better than the source material, i think.
EDIT: watched the last ep... whaaaaaaaaaattttt.... how can they end it like this?!!

You should play the walking dead video game. It's really sad at the end and a second season for the video game is coming out 2013. Oh yah and I love your drawing <3

Yeah, I love the show, too. Oddly, though, that wasn't the first thing I thought of when I saw this. I thought of Zoltan the raven from The Gunslinger, the first Dark Tower book by Stephen King.
I like how it's all black and white except the eyes. It really grabs your attention that way.

wow - I love the color - the hints of blue in the zombie's hair and the blue of the eye color works well together. I love how this looks so simple and yet I love how complex it is - the crow is so similar to the zombie with the bones showing - amazing! The zombie's expression is cool!

Don't know the series, but I do think this is an awesome piece. Honestly, this is the first time I've seen a zombie who has more character and human-ness than the regular cannon-fodder variety. This could be a character the reader could relate to, and it'd actually be a shame if he died. Respect!
