I would say that's a pretty good combination! This is the new illustration I made for the back cover of the new music program booklet for Cafe De Amer, the place were I work as a side job : ) This time I decided to make a part of the interior from the cafe as it really stands out being cozy and old fashioned with music instruments on the wall, thick wooly carpets on the tables and all kinds of knick knacks standing in every corner. During the breaks when we have a concert we serve famous meatballs and soup, and that's also something I wanted to picture. So I just combined both Oh, and let's not forget the beer! I finally used some of the beautiful wallpapers I brought home from Sweden in this illustration as well, it was really fun to work that way again as it has been a while. In return for making this illustration I was allowed to have a real add in the booklet itself! It was fun reading it when I held the new booklet in my hands last week, it turned out good again.
