Cool design!
Perhaps the tail looks a little weak compared with the rest of it.
Looks like there's enough weight behind the wing to need some real power to balance it in hover, and lifting area to balance it in fast slight... but the power parts and tailplane are so small.

It's a very interesting design. It actually looks like it could be used both in the air and underwater. Could be fun to pilot.

The simple coloration is somewhat endearing, and the design itself is elegant without being unnecessarily austere. I have a feeling this was drawn more on a whim than to fulfill any plot or role, but there does seem to be a method to the design; the rotating engines would allow it to takeoff vertically or from a still start, while the small wings but large jets suggest it is meant for flying at speed.

I like it! Looks to me almost like a cross between the Serenity and one of those Naboo fighters from Star Wars.
