Christmas Eve seems perfect time to finish this, happy Christmas Eve!
I have finally done this one
the image is come from an old sketch and I did lot of alteration and test on it, I'm quite satisfied with the outcome
I want to catch the stage between Princess Luna and Nightmare Moon and semi realistic constellation, and I've add small detail like Tarot in it : 3
anyway have fun, and detailed comments more than welcome

The level of detail is simply stunning - the engravings on the ribbons of the lower dress is spectacular.

This is spectacularly gorgeous, down to every little piece. I'm blown away by how many lovely elements you incorporated into the design and then crafted into such beautifully detailed elements at every level. Princess Luna herself looks terrific, so lovely and regal even if aloof, perhaps even a touch melancholy despite the vast wealth that's nearly literally crowding her in her little spaceship. Then with just bits of the windows visible we get to see that she's in space too, with a grand moon against lovely stars. Her eyes are haunting (and the reflections in them are mystifying), and her pose is quite refined except for that one little tell of twirling her hair in her anxiety. Awesome work.
Then there's so much, I mean so much various and rich items and objects to take in, with the jewelry and moons and clothes; so many styles and patterns and themes. These creations of glasses and metals all work together perfectly, and I love how you use the palette to get so much more notice out of some of the smallest details – such as the story panels in those strips on her skirt – with just a little extra range. Speaking of which, for such a small amount of space in the picture each of those is itself an amazing little scene. (Now I just wish I knew more classical art because I'm positive that the panel with MLH Twilight Sparkle pouring the water is a reference to some great work of art... Greek, I want to say but can't be sure.)
And, hey, did you use some real moons as models? Iapetus suddenly stood out and after that I couldn't help but notice Mimas… Awesome!

This is the case when one can say there is literally too much detail. Like, not just attention to small details, but attention to minuscule details of a small details of a medium details on the background of a big details.

Your art never ceases to amaze. Such beauty and a level of detail that requires multiple viewings to capture it all. I love the little panel of Twilight as, I believe, Ganymede / Aquarius.
For some reason this picture first reminded me of Mistress 9 from Sailor Moon, but I'm not sure why.
