Litwick gijinka! You know, everyone complain of ice-cream pokémon, trash bag pokémon, but lamps and candle pokémon get a free pass? How's that fair? Anyway, I like to think Unova is a more urban region than past games, so I'm okay with this kinda of design choice, of things you'd find in a town being monsters.Besides, Litwick is just cute!

Vanillite-Vanilluxe makes more sense when you see it as an icicle rather than an ice cream cone.

BTW, the lamps and candle gets a free pass, because they're ghost candles and they're based off of Japanese mythology.
And yes, Litwick is cute, but Chandelure is beautiful!
