The pose is typical of a run-of-the-mill glamour shot. The set and model are decidedly not. Even more interesting, there are aspects of the model that are expected of the glam shot (e.g. partial undress, protruding nipples) but there are aspects which thoroughly disrupt that representational trope (strong nose, haircut, strength). The lighting is a bit harder than normal and there is very little sign of the sort of skin-smoothing that is done in a typical glam shot. You don't abuse shallow depth of field in order to direct the eye...you used lighting and composition. The dynamic range is very well handled...the shadows are natural (no screaming HDR here) and the highlights are right at the edge of blow-out.
All in all, a lovely piece of work in which make masterful use of a whole bunch the resources available to photographers to gently disrupt heteronormative representational tropes. The model, if she has any investment in this sort of imaging at all, should be very pleased with the result of your collaboration.
