Did somebody call an assassin?Deathstroke: Slade Wilson, Deathstroke the Terminator, whatever you call him, he is one of the most deadly mercenaries in the DC universe. Armed with the latest weapons, and always ready with a plan, Deathstroke has fought Justice League-ers to a standstill, harassed the Teen Titans for years, and made a name for himself in the criminal underworld. if Deathstroke is looking for you, your days are numbered.
Corvo Attano: The Masked Felon, the Dishonored, though he has many titles, Corvo Attano is a man on a mission. Whether is be as Royal Protector to the Empress or rescuing the girl Emily from nefarious political forces, Corvo will not be stopped. Armed with an array of gadgets, and possessing a mastery of the sword Corvo can be a silent ghost or a rampaging juggernaut. And with the help of more...supernatural abilities giving him a boost, his enemies never know what hit 'em.
Now these two will meet mask to mask! Can Corvo best a mercenary far better trained then any city guard? Can Deathstroke's weapons help him against someone as stealthy and magical as Corvo? Guns, Knives, Swords, Crossbows, Magic...all will be used to great effect, and in the end only one will be walking away. So tell me boys and girls...

Corvo, going against my Deathstroke here but it is extremely true. Damage Deathstrokes brain and he is out for the counting. But Corvo must stay out of sight because Deathstroke might get his chance....but Corvo can take him.

I'm giving it to Corvo. Deathstroke is good and all, but Corvo's array of win button powers are too much to handle.Β
Hell, on even ground, Corvo could kill most street-level DC characters with one ability: Β Bend Time.Β
For those who don't know, this power is why Corvo is so often compared to people like Dio.Β
This power grants Corvo the ability to slow and even stop the flow of time, everywhere. It's the most powerful ability in his arsenal, next to his own cunning, the ability to possess any sentient being, slight gravity manipulation, the ability to summon man-eating rats from the Void, teleportation, and the ability to see through solid objects.Β
It would be a cool fight, though.Β

Deathstroke has precognition and has killed everyone in the Justice League at least once. His Nth Metal Armor makes him nigh-invincible- Nth Metal has tanked punches from Superman. He's not only hit Flash, but KILLED Flash- the same person who runs around the world in less than a second on a regular basis.Β
As long as the person Deathstroke's fighting can be killed by a sword, Deathstroke will win

I respect Deathstroke for what he's done. He makes an efficient assassin, no doubt. However, against someone with the skills and powers of Corvo, he'd fall. Even if, as some have brought up, his armor protects him from direct magical attack, Corvo's magic simply causes natural things to happen, such as gale force winds, or swarms of plagued rats. Even if Slade was able to predict Corvo's abilities, nothing he possesses can counter Bend Time, which renders his superhuman reflexes and speed useless. Corvo could simply slow time and weaken Slade, or stop it completely and kill him right then and there.

With outsider, Corvo wins hands down. Slade is not totally immortal, but immortal in certain situations. Corvo did kill(or could Granny rags who was immortal like that.)

Nth metal would remove any magic attacks, plus Deathstroke is far and away the better fighter, thanks to both his tech, and his skill alone, which is on par with BATMAN.

None of corvo's attacks are truly magical(except the wind blast), so that nth metal stuff is irrelavent. The timestop is not effected by deathstroke's armor which makes this whole battle pointless, as corvo can simply stop time and kill deathstroke in any way he sees fit. Also corvo and deathstroke are evenly matched in terms of skill.

The nth metal only stops direct magic attacks. It does not nullify all magic in the surrounding area. Corvo does use magic, but magic that death stroke can't stop because its not direct.

Yes as time is frozen. Deathstroke can't even twitch when he is stabbed in the throat with corvo's flipsword.
Timestop aside corvo has more than enough powers and gadgetry to kill deathstroke. He has possession, regeneration, wind blast, rat swarm, darkvision, teleportation, poison crossbow, armor piercing flipsword, a gasmask with binoculars built in, mines, grenades and a high-caliber pistol.
Corvo can use all that to kill deathstroke, and he won't even be able to resist.

Corvo's universe is a somewhat jumbled one, with flintlock pistols and walls of light all being used in the same time period.
So while some technology is old fashioned, some are not. Take corvo's flipsword. Made of a (so far) indestructible metal found underneath the palace and spring loaded to flip out in a quarter second, a 2/3 meter long blade. So while some parts of the game appear old-fashioned, not all the technology is inferior. Also because corvo is trained as an assassin he would know to aim for the specific weak spots in deathstroke's armor.keep in mind corvo has fought more heavily armoured opponents before (tall boys, royal protecters) and was able to kill them with his flipsword.
In regards to the timestop it lasts for a maximum of 11 seconds (according to gameplay) but might possibly be able to extend longer.

Nth metal is confirmed to produce an Anti-magic field rendering everything but the teleport and night vision useless, and DS has better reaction times than most Metas, and has killed several. The pistol is the only thing he can't dodge, which is where the body armor comes in. Corvo relies on Magic. Deathstroke, everything he can lay his hands on.

Bullshit. I looked up nth metal on the dc website. It has no anti-magic properties, only anti-gravity and magic boosting ones.
Regardless the timestop effects the flow of time itself, not a specific target, so the nth metal is not valid counter.

Nope just telling you what happens in corvo's universe. That's how it is. Just because his weapons appear old fashioned doesn't mean they're inferior. Besides in almost any situation where magic is considered logic goes out the window. It's not me, it's the character.

What's preventing Corvo from simply stabbing Deathstroke's remaining eye? All of Slade's ability to fight Corvo is greatly weakened if he's completely blind (assuming, of course, Slade uses senses other than sight). How do you flee from a swarm of plague rats, when you cannot see that they've surrounded you?

Well, if Corvo's aiming for the eye, Slade doesn't have any armor over his eye. At least, not that I can see (pun intended). As for the rest of it, yes, Slade's reflexes border on perfection, but when facing an enemy who can teleport around in the blink of an eye or slow time (I never give Corvo the ability to completely stop time in these things), how well can Slade's reflexes counter this? Not to mention if he's being swarmed by plague rats. Kinda hard to shoot something that's climbing on you, especially when there's hundreds of somethings doing it.

He is just an overblown overseer with magic box. There would be about 30+ ways to kill him if he had been in the game. If you had played the game then you would find that its not actually magic that attacks people except wind blast. Its normal weapons that kill.

Context for your quote. Given that his daughter and youngest son were members of the Titans, whom he despises, and untrue for the older, as he was killed by H.I.V.E. for failing to complete the Judas contract. His wife had also just shot out his eye. After he fail to save his younger son from being muted by another merc.
Corvo is outmatched by Deathstroke in every possible way. There is no way around it.

Nth metal armor (one of the closest things to magic proof in that world and near indestructible), unbreakable Promethium sword that's literally radioactive, gadgets known to hold off superman, will enough to out will a green lantern, fighting skills a match or greater than batman and as mentioned before, no mercy... Oh and guns lots of guns
