Description Ideas for a Teen Titans live-action

Hello everyone, Scifiguy here to talk about superheroes on TV
You know the Teen Titans? Of course everyone knows the teen titans, what I'm I talking about?!
But to those that don't, a brief summery:
The Teen Titans is a superhero team of teenagers. The first group consisted of sidekicks to superheroes. The first team members were Robin, Wonder Girl, Kid Flash and Aqualad, later joined by Speedy.
Later in comics history, the team then had teen superheroes who aren't sidekicks like Cyborg, Starfire, Raven, Beast Boy and many more.
The comic franchise then spawned a bunch of cartoons like the ultra loved 'Teen Titans' that has Robin, Beast Boy, Starfire, Raven and Cyborg. Other cartoons included like animated movies, series with a similar concept of Teen Titans like Young Justice and unfortunately Teen Titans GO!, which is crap stein in the face of superhero cartoons.
I could go on about it, but this isn't why I'm talking about the Teen Titans.
What I'm talking about...is the possibility of a live-action TV series.

There actually was an attempt on a live-action TV series that was going to involve Nightwing, Raven, Starfire, Oracle and Hawk and Dove. It was going to be made by TNT (Y'know, the sports channel) but then it got cancelled. So, this leaves it impossible for Teen Titans to be live-action, but I wouldn't give up.
It MIGHT happen for all we know. Maybe it would be a CW show and maybe join the Arrow-verse, or be a separate universe, we may never know.
Anyway, if DC does indeed plan a live-action Teen Titans show, I have written ideas, which I discussed with my friend, Charlie, when we were buying comics at a car boot sale.
Let's start with what characters to put in first.

HONORABLE MENTIONS

CYBORG
I know most of you would want the teen titans TV series or maybe a potential movie to be like the cartoon, but with live-action. But it doesn't really have to be. I'm one of the few that's open to who they put in. Also, it would be really difficult to have Cyborg in this show because, 1.He is in the Justice League now, 2.They are going to have him in movies, like they did in Batman V Superman for a cameo, plus planned appearances for the two part Justice League movies, starring in a Flash movie (from what I read) and his own movie. So, yeah. Sucks, I know for some of you, but my list might find a way round the casting.

ARSENAL
I was thinking about the prospect of having Colton Haynes, who is Roy Harper/Arsenal in 'Arrow', be a member of the Titans, like in the original comics. But then they are complications. Like he's an adult in the show (I think), and they might be a 50/50 chance of the Teen Titans being in the the Arrow-verse.
If they were having an Archer in the team, Tea Queen(Willa Holland), who is their version of Speedy, might be a good choice to have in the team, but again, it might or might not be an Arrow-verse thing.

SUPERGIRL
Not much to say about this really. A version of Supergirl (the Linda Danvers version) has been a member of the Teen Titans. But I don't in live-action, it would be possible since she's a solo hero and she has her own show.

KID FLASH
If it was set in the Arrow-verse, they could have Keiynan Lonsdale as Wally West, who is a regular in the CW Flash. I'm unsure though. I even had a stupid thought that Rupert Grint would be Wally, but then I thought, 'nah'. And I don't think we'll expect the Bart Allen version of Kid Flash anytime soon.

Right, onto who would be good for live-action TV. Bear in mind, I have no idea on who would play who on some of them.

ROBIN/NIGHTWING
What Teen Titan media wouldn't have Robin/Nightwing leading the team? It would obviously be the Dick Grayson incarnation...unless they decide to give Tim Drake a chance at live-action, or have Damien Wayne in it somehow.
I dob't know if they could go with Robin or Nightwing. Of course, if they were going for a slightly younger cast, I would say Robin. I just hope WB would be kind enough to let them use Robin (or maybe Nightwing) for the show. Also, while we're at it, can we not have 'nipples' on the suit, please?

STATIC
Static would be a good choice as a character instead of Cyborg, if they can't get the rights to use him. I think they were/are plans to make a TV series on Static called 'Static Shock'. In fact, they were options to have Jaden Smith as Static.  Whether it would happen, and if they could also connect him to the Teen Titans, I think Jaden would make a good choice, given that Will Smith is playing Deadshot in the Suicide Squad movie. Static might be a solo hero thing, which brings me to my next choice.

AQUALAD
This version would be Jackson Hyde, or most known as Kaldur'ahm, the new Aqualad from Young Justice. Another good asset to the team, with his hydro swords. Plus, you could add tensions to the group, since his dad is his mentor's enemy, Black Manta. Plus, since DC Rebirth has recently written him as a gay character (Shock? I was surprised myself. I'm not kidding folks), so you could easily make him relate to a minority audience. Only question is, could they be able to have aquatic people around in TV shows?

BLUE BEETLE
In Arrow, they was an easter egg of Kord industries, and they was a reference of the Blue Beetle in Legends of Tomorrow. Here's my proposal of a live-action Blue Beetle. Use the Jaime Reyes Blue Beetle. He was a member of the titans and he potentially be a good substitute for Cyborg, since he uses technology to fight crime. Now, his origin in the comics is that an alien robotic scarab is attached to his back, and when activated, becomes an armoured hero. This could be used for anything space related, like the Reach, or they could have the scarab Earth technology made by Kord industries. My best bet for who Jaime Reyes would be played as is Diego Boneta, since in the comics, Jaime is Mexican. I just hope they have the budget for his transformations into the Blue Beetle.

STARFIRE
Don't think I have forgotten about Starfire folks! A lot of fans would want to have Starfire in the Teen Titans live action show, I guarantee it. Obviously, have orange make-up, add green eyes, make a purple superhero outfit and you have yourself a live-action Starfire! Now on how she would be written as a character, if she was in live-action. In comics, they were moments where she had 'saucy' moments (and I do not mean it in a new 52 way), and the relationships, like with Dick Grayson, was really in a passionate way. In the cartoon, she was written as a naive yet kind girl that has so much to learn about the Earth (to the point that she thinks Mustard is a drink). If Nightwing is chosen over Robin, this could make it more drama if their relationship was as mature compared to Starfire and Robin in the Teen Titans cartoon. Maybe they could make a balance of both on writing her as someone curious about the Earth and the mature relationship that would build up as the series progress. I'm not suggesting showing Nightwing and Starfire make out on your TV screen, but given that drama is used a lot in Superhero TV shows, I wouldn't be surprised. As for who plays her, I would say, someone that's a redhead...and not Megan Foxx.

BEAST BOY
Now, someone that will be the comic relief of the show. Just cast someone that is a really funny guy, and make some funny one-liners. There is some difficulty with this character since we're dealing with a character that could transform into a green version of any animal from an elephant, or a lion or maybe even a mule. I mean, it's going to take a lot of CGI for this! I was going to be this in the Honorable mentions pile, but then maybe you could get creative with his powers. Maybe you could show him use his powers, by showing a moving picture of an animal, colour that moving picture green, so he would be using an 'energy construct' of a tiger or a squid. One problem with that though, it sounds a bit too much like Vixen or Animal Man. Possibly make him a lot more animal like than before, and use acrobats that are animal like. I could honestly think that he and Blue Beetle would make a comedy duo together. If they don't have enough budget for Beast Boy to be in it, maybe just use Blue Beetle for that comic relief. Not every character I choose might get chosen for it.

WONDER GIRL
As in the Donna Troy version, (although I wouldn't be surprised if they go for Cassie Sandsmark). We all know how bloody confusing her origin is, but I'm not going to talk about origins. What we have is someone in the team that would be the strong type. She could be a secondary leader (unless Aqualad has that position) and she would also make a great warrior type fighter on the team. Plus, you could also make secret points that she could be Wonder Woman's sister. I honestly doubt they'll put Donna in since Wonder Woman stuff is going to be a movie, and I'm not sure if DC might use her, since we don't know if they'll bring her back like they did with pre-flashpoint Wally West. Terra might be the best choice, in all probability.
And last in the list...

RAVEN
Hopefully, they might include Raven in it. I could see a scenario that she brings the heroes together and as they fight one villain after another, they find out the reason for this was because she needs them to fight her father Trigon. Would they have her with grey skin, or would they go for something like how Raven looked in the New Teen Titans comics from the 70's to 80's? Also, would to be probable to have someone like Raven into the show. She's a central part of the Titans and could fill in as a magic member of the team. Also, how will Trigon fit in TV budget wise, since he's quite a big guy. Maybe they could introduce him as a seemingly normal human who is actually a demon. Maybe she could have her own show, and have the plot be about her fighting Trigon.

And that's the team members for this list. If they do make a live-action Teen Titans, it might not be like what I listed. These are generally ideas for what they could put in. This might no get noticed by DC since I'm just a guy writing this on an art website, late at night, wearing pajamas. For villains, if this is set in the Arrow-verse, they would defiantly put Deathstoke or H.I.V.E in this. Also, Trigon, Fearsome Five and maybe even Brother Blood could be in it. As for the tone, if they actors chosen are quite young, it could be DC's chance to have a light hearted property but with serious moments. But if not, then maybe it could be a maturer than the Teen Titans cartoon.

These are my thoughts. What do you think? Comment below and good night.

This reminds me of when I made a 'suggestion'
of a Teen Titans videogame spinoff set in the Batman: Arkham universe by Rocksteady Studios..
