This is Lucian!! He is the son of Damian and Dimitri! (And Rusty and Sage) So he is half vampire and half demon!
I just messed around and made a design, fell in love with it, and had to draw him. Albeit if it was me being lazy and using a base I already had drawn. You can tell each person who inspired him! Ugh, I love him.
