Today, I invite you to witness a poignant scene from "Teleny," my LGBTQ+ visual novel, depicted in comic-style artwork. Here, we observe King Adrian, a ruler of both hearts and realms, as he sheds tears for his beloved slave, Antonius.
In this illustration, my aim was to capture the raw emotion of loss, portraying the fear experienced by the main character, Camille, who is symbolized by King Adrian. Meanwhile, Antonius, portrayed as the second main character and the object of Camille's affection, stands as a poignant reminder of love and longing.
At this juncture in the story, Camille remains blissfully unaware, convinced that King Adrian and Antonius are merely "roommates" and the epitome of manly friendship. :-P Camille is a hopeless closed-case. :-P
