Backstory: A sorceress who was angry Vanellope didn't invite her to race, so she tries to sabotage the races as much as possible.
It was hard coming up with a name for this sorceress lady. I wanted to base her off of Affogato Cookie a bit. But anyway! She was interesting to draw! Hope you like it!
