Well done your art is getting a lot better as time goes on. But you still don't seem to put any real shading on them wich can make the pictures look flat.

There is lot of shading on the scales, but the picture as a whole looks flat as the whole thing is not shaded. There are no shadows to let you know where the light is coming from or to hint at the shape of the creature.
The reason I do digital art more than traditional is that shading, shadows, highlights destroy a lot of the image you have done, but it looks so much better for it. With didgital art there is all ways an undo key, I was often afraid that colouring or shading a picture too much would wreck it.

Its hard to look at things that way when you reck what was up to that point one of your best pictures. But I think you have the right point of view if at first you don't succeed try, try and try again.

okay, NOW i can post a critique:
to start, let me just say this is a BEAUTIFUL piece. the effect of the metallic colored pencil really brings out to color of the scales; which i envy because i've never had the patience for scaling my dragons. not really much to perfect on this because it is already put together so well, but there are a few minor details i've noticed that kinda set it off. for example, the eye is a little big, and the head seems kinda small compared to the thickness of the neck, so keep that in mind. other than that i see nothing else.
