And... that's my homework.
We were given another report on the practice. Honestly, I'm so tired of doing them that I can't force myself to finish full text part. The only assignment I really got involved in was creating a mascot for a client company. The mascot was Haruto, whom I decided to use for the assignment. The company he symbolizes is "Ice Sugar" - an ice cream company.
Recently, I have stopped drawing full-fledged works for the time being, since I no longer like the color that I wanted to use for a long time. Yes, and my own line somehow fed up. I began to look at Japanese speedpaints, as I noticed in the works of the authors that I cannot explain in my own words, but that I want to adopt in my works. This time, I decided to experiment with painting the character, drawing on the video tutorials by Naoki Saito, but making the shadows and reflections not quite visible. The first reason is to make the mascot come out as easy as possible. Second reason - a line that is a little crumbly.
A little later I'll try to make the shadows brighter with another work.

I took the image of ice cream in a cone for the company logo from one image on google, and for a very long time. I am very attached to him, since he is ideal for a company, and I simply cannot imagine him with something else. Because of this, I don't remember who the original author of the original was.
But yes... Maybe I'll find it.
