if the bird's wings came out clearer this would be an epic shot. But i know that it's really hard it is to photograph animals, i bet this took forever to capture.
may i ask what kind of camera you use?

Yeh, i know it could of used with being clearer... but to be honest, I am beyond happy with it, as there is a huge lake between me and the birds, so I was using my long distance lense... But yeh, certainly took ages, and a lot of dud photos to get this!
I use a Canon EOS 1100D. I know it doesnt say it on here for some reason. dunno why that is!

Yeh, Its at a kite feeding area. Obviously, u cant be right up close to hundreds of birds of prey eating meat off the floor!

yeh, there is a RSPB kite feeding area not far from me, so there are alot of them about some days. there were a group of us that went, and between us, we got a handful of good pictures. They are so damn fast and were like FAR away... getting brightness and focus at the same time was SO difficult

It sure is difficult if you need to zoom in from afar. I
usually see them circling over a field and they seem way
easier to photograph in that situation.

maybe easy to photography, but then you dont capture their speed and frenzy when they feed... also, generally, wales has CRAP weather, so that doesnt help the brightness thing lol
