Character: Cloud Strife "Final Fantasy Advent Children" (Square-Enix)
This was taken at a gathering hosted by a few photographers. The event was really fun, and i'm kind of glad it took place after hearing their was no SoCal cosplay gathering this year.
Emo face lol, its so hard.
Completely unexpected but a friend pointed out to me that i guess this photo was featured on a cosplay blog from Kotaku. [link]

Oh no, its definitely a wig. I actually had to take a platinum blonde and a regular blonde wig, and remove the wefts from one wig and transfer them to the other one to make it really thick for spiking, and have 4 different shades of hair. It kind of gave it a more natural look because of all the different shades of yellow in it.

VERY cool shot. I always felt the "emo" side of Cloud was overly criticized... if I watched someone I cared about die in front of me (twice) I'd have a lot of guilt about not being able to help them especially if I felt like I didn't do enough to help in the first place. Thats just me though

I guess Crisis core and the AC movie really showed why Cloud has that emo side. I remember in Final Fantasy VII, they showed a little bit of it but didn't really seem to show too much of what happened.

About time you upload a new picture buddy! This came out very well, love the texture, the expression only thing I could mention is the crest on the shoulder looks too new, lol I think in the movie, it was a little darker/black or was that how they designed it to me.. no idea.

If i could make the shoulder out of actual leather i could probably put the dings and scratches into it but... the vinyl isn't thick enough to put some real wear and tear on it D:

Thanks. Oh, i actually bought 2 wigs and had to sort of move the wefts from one wig to the other, so theirs around 4 different shades of blonde in the wig. I guess it gave it a more natural looking tone since real hair isn't all perfectly one color.
