Continuation of Magick Book

Sandra teleports me back to her home in Citadel. She looks like she hasn't slept a wink. So much going on, what with her tribunal, to say nothing of the Goblin invasion. I look up, around her, currents of magic all around. She dismisses the arcane and I take her in my arms, telling her she needs rest.
"No time for that now," she tells me, screwing on a smile. "Something big is happening in Eastside but we can't get close enough to figure it out,"
"Magick?" I ask.
"Blocked by the Marshall-General," she tells me. "I don't think I'm strong enough to counter it."
"Did you try?"
"Sort of," she tells me, straightening out my hair and tunic after my time with Lyzzlinkle. She is such a good, caring person. If I could have anyone... but a Councilwoman can't have a relationship with the Thieves' Guildmistress. "If I probe too hard, the defenses push back hard. Knocked me out for almost half a glass*. Pushing too hard can be lethal."
"Which is why you need me."
"I do," she says, taking my hands. "This is scouting. I do not need you taking action and risking your life. I do need information that I can bring to the Council."
"Why doesn't Ragna send in Vilde and Dagny?"
"They are too busy testifying against me in the tribunal."
"Sounds like with well known mercenaries like that on Ragna's side, you may be hard pressed to get them to change their mind."
"Let me worry about that," she says. "You ready?" I nod and -
She takes me in her arms, kissing me.
"You don't have to travel all the way to Glitterdale for a kiss."

Sometimes in our artistic journey, we change... grow... I'm not exactly sure how to say it. After deciding to focus on fantasy about three weeks ago, I was using my same.. well, I won't say artistic... but generative techniques to create art. Which was, to be honest, a sustainable solution. But when I look at art from wellowr ... I realized I wanted to try to be more... Like her, I guess, which is not a bad thing. I used to tell myself, I could never do what she does. And to some extent, that is accurate. But I had to try, to think out of specific element prompting and try and inject some color and magic in my own art. I will say I was reasonably successful, as I am paraphrasing Ms. Vilde. I do have to record all these prompts I used because it was still a challenge to get these results! Also, 22:27 and I just finished lunch as it has been a long day of trying to figure out what works and get some variety and quality. I'll leave that assessment to people who know better. And I did manage to include four Citadel narrations so not a bad thing...
