With the Marshall-General's order, six huge brass cylinders detach from the central tower, or Tor in their vernacular, the thunderous power of their engines are near deafening. Staying hidden in the shadows, I watch the half dozen troop transports rocket toward Citadel. The task done, the Marshall-General puts on a cruel smile then dematerializes.

Needed her gone. Even at a distance, it's easy enough to recognize she has immense power. I can't see Martina or any Verdantian commanding her. And I would prefer stealth at this point.
I am not afraid as I am here and always to do Arianrhod's will, but there is nothing to be gained by casually challenging that powerful goblin. And since she is gone, I reach out in the ethereal realm of magick and -
