I created an OC by accident while working on this image: 31.media.tumblr.com/ba67ab1d73… .
I had messed up Cerebella's face and pose but then I kept drawing over it. I don't know anything about him other than that his placeholder name is Bloogreen (based on his color palette). He is not affiliated with any existing universes but his style is inspired by oh8, Gashi Gashi, and a few other artists whose names I will add once I remember them.
