You've seen this character outfit before, but here's the official picture of Nancy Albacore, the first character of the OctoInk Alliance to enter the Metaverse in the first Palace the Phantom Thieves of Friends entered Raina Richards' Palace, the HQ of Gluttony. After hearing what Raina thinks of her A Slippery Ninja, she wanted to come with Sp3nc3r, Darkrail, and Acorn to see this cognition herself. While she was there, she heard what Lauren, Darkrail's girlfriend, and Stephan, Acorn's boyfriend, were to Raina. Lauren being a Mindless Mistake, and Stephan being a Weak Science Experiment.

After her meeting Shadow Raina, Nancy finally snapped and became a Persona-user that told her that she now can see the true colors of everyone she meets. Her Persona: Mochizuki Chiyome, a female ninja leader who led a group of female ninjas. With that power, Nancy felt better that she has this power and can help change hearts in the Metaverse now. Thus, her creating the codename Viper to represent how much of a ninja she truly is. That made Sp3nc3r and Nancy closer than they were before.
