Gender: Female
Height: 5 ft/ 150 cm
Weight: 112 lbs

Battling Style:
Jazzy hits hard and fast. Her experience comes from picking fights, good reason or not. In short, she street fights. No blow is too low for her. She uses everything she can to her advantage. If she wanted honor she'd pick a different course of life.
Personality:
Optimistic // Cheerful // Gregarious // Mischievous || Loud || Persistent \\ Clingy \\ Rash \\ Irritating
Jazzy means well, she really does! She looks for the best in every situation, coloring depressingly gray events with cheerful color if she can. She also deeply enjoys meeting other people and learning about them. She has a strong drive to accomplish what she believes in as, well, and being cheeky and good natured about it whether she succeeds or fails.
In her eyes the best way to approach the world is through mischievous antics. Through this she can experience a variety of events, have fun, and see/feel people's reactions to her activities. She's also loud, and ceaselessly talks when given the chance. She's kinda like a walking talking microphone to be quite honest. She's also persistent in everything she does, whether projecting to catch people's attention or some of the tricks up her sleeve. Sadly, these traits have a flip side as in she can hurt or offend others with her mischievous, bother people with her obnoxious volume, and nag people with her persistent nature.
The purple hair and neons shout obnoxious, just like her personality. She can be extremely irritating and obnoxious throughout the day. If you're going to be around her for long periods of time you're gonna have to be pretty chill. Most people can only take so much clinginess (even if it's not physical), volume abuse, nagging, and tricks in a day..
PS Jazzy has a tendency to purposely never think things through. Just food for thought (:
History:
Jazzy's grandfather moved to Japan because job opportunities. He was a driven intelligent man and saw opportunities in Japan and went to reap them, only planning to stay for a short time. Instead, he stayed until he fell ill and returned to his homeland for treatment, leaving his son and his son's family behind.
Jazzy grew up close with her poppop. He was the most interesting one in her family, after all. Oh, she loved her mom and dad but they were busy with and slightly detached. They worked a small, run down bar for long hours each day and night, but they loved it, each other, and Jazzy. They just didn't have the time or dedication to tend to her, so they let poppop help raise her. Poppop offered adventures in his half-truth tales of his childhood back in America and plenty of time to tell her. For years she would sit on the floor and listen to his fantastical stories that added color to her strange existence.
So when poppop feel ill, Jazzy went to the Americas with him. She left everything behind. It was an abrupt move, destroying all her plans for her future at home in Japan. Her parents had hopes for her and would miss her, but they recognized she'd only be in the Americas for a short time; poppop would soon pass. Additionally, they guiltily knew they hadn't been there when Jazzy needed them, but poppop had been. They figured they owed it to poppop to let their daughter leave. Her childhood friends Michiyo and Kaoru became distant things, a world away as she lost contact with them. She struggled with the new school system and making actual friends who didn't take advantage of her or piss her off. She struggled with her ailing grandfather and the people who claimed distant relations with her. She struggled with holding back her anger, frustration, and sadness and not picking fights.
Poppop died. Jazzy stayed for the funeral and then left. No one in the Americas had enough money to support her. Her poppop had been the one to use his savings to pay for her stay. There was nothing left for her there, and so she returned to Japan a little into her first year of high school, eager to see her family and friends again.
Micki stayed the same but Kaoru didn't. Kaoru was tall now and boy like. That in itself didn't bother Jazzy, what bothered her was her fear that Kaoru wouldn't like her. Jazzy had changed on her trip, too. She became brighter, more vulgar and flippant, no long the child who politely picked fights. She was afraid, so she avoided Kaoru until Michi broke it to Kaoru that Jazzy was back in town.
Eventually they reconciled their relationship, but never touched on their adolescent love again. Micki, Karau, and Jazzy became a common sight once again as they had been in their younger days.
The rest of first year was a blast, what with meeting 3 other people who would make up the CI7. Now part of a gang, Jazzy is ready to crack some heads and make a few new friends.
