Why don't you get a pose manikin? Those are useful, even small ones
And about the head yes is a little small for his body (his package is almost the same size of his head Γ//w//Γ), but is not big deal, not something that ruin the image at all (i think it makes his body look even beefier π)
But if it bothers you i can tell you a secret!
There is something called the rule of the seven heads, it says a perfectly proportioned body is tall as seven times the character's head (actually the body is 6 heads plus the actual head), so you can try that, obviously not have to be perfectly exact but it is a great help
