When nothing else inspires or works out, resort to The Hero.
After I've fought my way through this minor art block I promise to get to the requests again.
For some reason I made all the speech bubbles too small. Why there are only two pages of this comic where they're the right size?
Les Mis is not mine.
Because there probably won't be a way to adress this in the comic: the National Guard guys have names. The one with dark hair (and wildly changing design) is Henri and the other is Gabriel.

I love how they all stand together and talk as if they were allays and no longer enemys. But it does look in the last panel as Enjy was loosing the fight. I just hope this will not end to bad.

I've heard about them from my dad - he works in a bicyckling magazine and I think someone sent them those things to review in the next issue, and he just kep mocking them. But who knows, maybe they make you create laser if you just use them long enough?

Oh well, this is kind of mixing Les Mis with The Incredibles - what if there are some people in the world who are born with magical abilities? How would they use those abilities in a 19th century insurgency? No real answers, just a lot of questions!
