Description: We've gotten reports of a Zebstrika who's patterns are... strange. appearing in alleyways, using her hypnotic shifting patterns to shut down her targets into pacifying before stealing their wallets. rude, but not as bad as other kishins we've seen. Either bring her down or get her to surrender.
