no i don't think so. what your saying is that the boob on the far side of her body is closer to us then the boob on the side thats facing us? notice her shoulder goes down and behind her breast and is tilted away from us, and on top of that the entire thing should be sloping away form us boobs don't stick straight out they follow the curve of the chest so it should simply not be that large.
