To those who played the game, you'll probably get this joke, but to those who don't I'll explain: In the game Doctor Lautrec and the Forgotten Knights, Doctor Lautrec and Sophie go into these underground caverns and search for this treasure called Treasure Animatus, in these treasures they have guardians (spirits that protect the treasure) and only Sophie (and a couple of minor characters) can see the guardians, normal people Lautrec can not, so I guess you can say, you're seeing both characters' views.Characters belong to Konami

This makes me think of the part in Chapter 4 where Sophie gets separated from Lautrec, he has to fight a guardian on his own, but you can't see anything happening for the whole battle. It felt so strange...I wonder how Lautrec dealt with guardian spirits before Sophie joined him.

That's actually where the idea behind this picture was based from. It was interesting to see what both Sophie and Doctor Lautrec would see during their battles with the guardians. I question that too, it would be nice to know how he first dealt with it.
