Adopt TOS:
- I'd rather you not resell for more than you purchased it with unless it has extra art. Artwork you make also counts towards its worth!
- You may redesign non closed species designs as much as you want but you must still credit me as the original creator. Have fun!
- Don't force your own TOS on my designs (example: telling people to only ever trade my design back to you, etc)
- If you get my design for free or from trade you cannot sell it for real life money. If you spend real money on it through commissions, then you will be allowed to sell the character for real currency, though!
- Additionally, if you have a character that is unsellable (being trade only) but you're facing extreme financial hardships (like emergency pet, medical, housing bills, losing a job, etc) feel free to let me know!! I'd be ok with waiving the rule and will allow you to sell the character for real world money! Just message me so that way you can screencap proof of permission to sell it!
- NSFW Artwork of my adoptables/designs is allowed if your own them! However, please do not draw NSFW of them if they are a feral animal (creating a human and/or anthro version and drawing NSFW of that version is ok, just not the feral version, please). You are also prohibited from drawing NSFW of my designs/adopts if you have set their age to be below 18.
- I make a lot of designs that are just random creatures and are not part of any open/closed species. Please don't take these designs and turn them into a closed or open species!
