Overall, I'd say it's not bad. You've got some good video editing going on, and the model looks pretty solid.
However...well...it's mechanical, and doesn't seem to take into account physical forces like momentum and gravity. I'd have to say it looks like a plane making a carrier landing...and even they don't make such abrupt stops. They'd rip themselves apart trying.
A flying animal making a landing like this would crash into the cave because of forward momentum...and would probably have broken legs from the initial impact with the ground. Flying animals tilt their body back and spread their wings as wide as possible to bleed off some of that momentum, using their wings and tail as airbrakes. Then they flap to generate reverse thrust and get rid of the rest before they make touchdown.
Now...since I'm not sure if you made this model yourself or if it's the DAZ MilDragon, though I think it's the MilDragon...but you'll need to work on the wings. Skin stretches during flight, and that would be part of how the dragon would generate lift. This one's...not doing that. It's a flat surface, like a dinner table, and pretty much stays that way when folded. So, no lift.
Now, I don't mean to imply that this is bad, or rain on your parade. I like the concept, and most of the execution is pretty good There are just a few things that need to be taken into account in the future to make things even better and more believable. So I hope this helps you do that!

You're perfectly right, it's one of my weakest landing (third to this date), it's result of being constantly on time pressure and don't having enough time to make art when there is so much work to do

Well...without knowing specifics about your process and what all you're running into in terms of time, I strongly suggest you slow down and remove the time pressure (or as much of it as possible). Moving too fast generates mistakes, which take time to fix, which makes deadlines harder to meet.
Focus on doing things right. The more you do that, the faster you'll get. With time, you'll figure out what you're doing the long way and can do just as well with a less involved process. You'll find time savers when you slow down. It's kinda counter-intuitive, I know, but it works.

It's precious tip, but I've already used that - I am programmer, I am trying to work on optimal time level, it's just deadlines are already exhausted and we need to hurry. But I still favor doing things right then doing them fast, the other way is just borrowing time from QA process which must be payed back with bonus. Not worth it
