I like how this one turned out, I'm pretty happy with it
My mom gave me the idea to make her an angel. I don't draw wings often so I hope they look ok!

Obviously it speaks to a number of people enough that they choose to comment positively. Maybe instead of insulting the creator with a worthless comment, you could look at this piece with an artist's eye, try to understand what so many people find appealing about it, and leave a constructive critique.
For me, the appeal was the vibrant color, the sharp and dynamic highlights, and the decent composition that led my eye down the curve of her wing, up her hair, and finally to her face, where it settled on the contrasting color of her eye, then trailed back again in the opposite direction taking in the details. All things that make the painting appealing at first glance and after several seconds of study.
The foremost critique I would make is that the artist isn't practiced painting wings, and it shows. The wing looks flimsy and bone-thin underneath the feathers, with none of the musculature that would be necessary for flight (leaving aside the obvious fantasy of human flight in the first place). The feathers are also not well articulated, and could do with more layering; also, feathers tend to be longer and more rounded at the end, whereas these are triangular. Studying birds' wings and using them as a reference to redo that part of the painting would make the whole piece stronger overall.
