This is DREAM/Morpheus/King of stories/Dream Lord/The Sandmanfrom the comic book "The Sandman" by Neil Gaiman (who wrote Coraline if you need to know how creepy it is)
I love his character
He's just so mopey but he looks so menacing
He is dreams personified as a human
He's one of 6~
I put my white ink to use with a toothbrush here
Everyone I showed this to was like "WOW he is PISSED"
I didn't mean for him to look so angry
