The WQ-109 was designed to provide air supression of enemy radars and guidance systems, rendering most of the operational units in a "blind" state, and aircraft pilots relying on theirs eyes, due to their sensors and scanners being disrupted by the warship.
it was introduced sometime after the arsenal bird. exact number of units built remains a secret, but at least one WQ-109 was seen close to Selatapura/Lighthouse, the reason behind this still unknown, but some specialist may suggest the aircraft is intended to provide support to the Arsenal Bird (s) surrounding the space elevator, increasing the defense forces around the structure.
WQ-109 is equipped with numerous passive/active radars, optical sensors and countermeasure systems,but the most notable thing of it, its the massive jamming pod mounted under its belly, jamming a wide area, keeping allies close to it safe of most threats.
Currently, only the Osean Air Force operates the WQ-109, and its the last variant of the 3 giant warships to be deployed in active service.
