There are so many things to recommend this photo: the light is fabulous, the makeup is dramatic and well executed, the pose is somewhat unique and made interesting by the overt beauty of the model, which we see from a tight crop which her facial angles deal with quite well, however, the small hair right through the pupil ruins it.
So close and yet so far.
