I'm redoing some of my Halloween fanfics that I had to post after Halloween back during hurricane sandy, since I'm still working on them I'm using the old pictures as a While In Progress thing and then editing it when it's done
This is my fanfic about the Salem witch trials

Tintin and Snowy, Captain Haddock, and Hercule Poirot are in Salem Massachusetts for Halloween, Lupin the 3rd and his gang are hiding out in Salem after a heist in Boston (they swiped a Faberge spider) and of course Inspector Zenigata comes after them, and Ed, Edd, and Eddy are in Salem for a school project on the witch trials, anyways, there's been a recent outbreak of hate crimes in Salem directed towards the Wiccan and New Age community, and the candidate for mayor doesn't seem to be doing anything about it

Tintin meets a Wiccan girl about his age (OC) who seems to have some paranormal powers, mainly telekinesis and seeing ghosts (it's later revealed that she was Abigail Williams in a past live, one of the original first accusers in the witch trials), so Tintin explores Salem and its history and discovers how supernatural the place, but things start to get dark when Poirot runs into the ghost of Giles Corey, the witch trial victim who was pressed to death, and who's appearance is a bad omen Salem, he warns that something big and bad is coming, and Zenigata starts having fits identical to the ones that kick started the witch trials (he was actually deliberately poisoned with argot, which was one of the causes of the fits that started the witch trials),so Tintin and friends hide out with Lupin and his gang at their cabin in the words hideout while investigating what's going on (and Lupin takes care of a recovering Zenigata)

It turns out that the mayor, who's a fundementalis Wicca and New Age hater, is palaning to use a machine (which the Faberge spider and a drop of blood from my OC are key components) to suck up all the magic and supernatural energy around Salem and destroy it, but he was actually tricked by a real dark witch (crossover from Soul Eater) to use the machine to open a portal to unleash a powerful demon and a horde of goblins
