Redoing another of my fanfics, this is probably the last time

This is about how Tintin discovers that he's psychic, being able to see ghosts, telepathy and telekinesis, although they aren't permanent and it comes and goes

It starts when Chang comes to London and visits Tintin who's also visiting Hercule Poirot (Snowy and Captain Haddock are with him of course), Tintin starts to have flash visions of whatever happens in the next few minutes, and starts seeing ghosts and even starts breaking stuff with his mind whenever he gets anxious and frustrated, at the same time Lupin the 3rd and his partners Jigen and Goemon are planing to steal a valuable samurai helmet which gives the wearer psychic powers (because of the crystal attached to it), and of course Inspector Zenigata is on their trail

Things really get started when an old friend of Poirot's, who was in her majesty's secret service, tells him and Tintin and friends about how the research from an old psychic program (ala the man who stare at goats) has fallen into the hands of the criminal underworld, and now organized crime gangs are making psychics for winning sports betting and even making psychic hitmen, and these psychic gangsters are also after the samurai helmet and this puts Lupin's group and the police guarding the helmet in danger

When Tintin and co, along with Lupin's gang and the police, are fighting these psychic gangsters, another pair of psychic gangsters (these ones from the American criminal underworld) come on the scene, MindBender and Hei (crossover from Darker Then Black), in the ensuing fighting MindBender is able to take the helmet but then betrays Hei and leaves him for dead, however, Lupin manages to keep the crystal that was in the helmet (which is the source of the psychic power) and Tintin save Hei and he along with Chang and Poirot convince him to join there side

So Tintin and Friends, along with Lupin, Jigen, Goemon, and Zenigata, and Hei go to the U.S. to track down these mobsters, first going to Atlantic City where they see psychic gangsters betting the house big time, they also run into Ed, Edd, and Eddy in Atlantic City and they join the adventure, and Chang meets a young runaway girl who has pyrokinesis (ala Firestarter), who he befriends and he and Tintin help her with her problems and help control her powers

The plot starts to thicken when everyone gets involved with the case of a murdered Japanese fortune teller which leads to an old disappearance cold case that involves a discredited scientist who works in paranormal science, it's revealed that he's now a mad scientist working with the mob in psychic reseach, they basically have a big large scale operation going on

That's the basics of the plot

Important note, just like in the movie "The Sixth Sense", Tintin is really frightened by the ghosts and his power to see and talk to them, but he overcomes this when he learns to not be afraid just because they look scary and to see beyond their frightening looks, Goemon helps him with this

Goemon talking to Tintin: It is foolish to just simply be afraid, I thought you were someone who didn't care what other people looked like, but perhaps I was wrong, how are these ghosts any different from when they were alive, they may no longer have be of flesh and blood, but they are still sentient beings who are in need of help, and their looking to you for help

Tintin suddenly understands and looks ashamed and downcast, then Eddy says "while not having flesh and blood, or any bones, or let along a pulse sure seems like a major difference to me!", then Tintin elbows him in the side, Eddy: Och!

Another important note is that General Alcazar and Fujiko Mine make a cameo appearance
