The Prisoner Control System (PCS)

Comes in several standard sizes, or may be custom molded to the individual user for maximum security and comfort.

Structures are made from strong, light, rigid composite materials. The composite includes a substrate that dulls the tip of any cutting tools, rendering it uncuttable at any human-safe temperatures. The medical-grade materials are safe for prolonged skin contact in all environments.

The belt unit has a small rinsing port at the front to accept a stream of soapy water to maintain hygiene. The stream will be distributed to the inside surface of the device. This feature, combined with the resilient materials, allows a user to wear the system indefinitely.

Both units contain smooth dome electrodes in strategic locations to monitor skin connectivity and to deliver painful electric shocks. Shocks can be delivered automatically as a result of a trigger, or manually by a system administrator. Automatic triggers can be set to include geofence perimeter violations, attempted orgasm detection, sound level violations, struggle or tamper attempts, position and acceleration changes, and more.

For ease of use, and to maintain a waterproof enclosure, both devices can be recharged through inductive loops.

System and user can be remotely monitored in real-time via cellular and dedicated low-power wide-area packet radio. Administrators can monitor a user's current and historical location (via GPS), orientation, perspiration, arousal level, pulse, and blood oxygen levels. The belt also provides system reports detailing system health, battery levels, security alerts, lock and unlock records, and sensor values. An included RFID antenna can be used as part of a building access control system.

Unauthorized removal is prevented with dual-interlock mechanisms that provide layers of security. The compliance collar requires a digital code to disengage an electric lock which then allows a magnetic key to be used to retract the locking bolts. The chastity belt also requires a digital code to disengage an electronic lock that normally prevents the disk-detainer lock from rotating. Both systems have been designed to fail secure.

The systems constantly monitor their status to detect attempts to tamper, pick, cut, destroy, or struggle out of the units. The systems will broadcast an alert if unauthorized behavior is detected. Based on the severity of the behavior the system can trigger an audible alarm and/or debilitating electric shocks.

(For the female system) a penetrating stimulator sits inside of the user, providing additional security and stability. The stimulator can be used to provide rewarding vibrations and pulses, or punishment as an additional electrode. This can be used to help an administrator with a user's behavioral conditioning/modification.
